Woodlands Holiday Let Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing by the Holidaymaker. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date it is received by the Owner. If the cancellation date is more than twelve weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If a deposit of less than the full 25% has been requested/paid under the terms of any promotion, then the remainder of the 25% deposit will become payable on cancellation. If the cancellation date is less than twelve weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, the full rental charge will be incurred, unless the Owner is able to re-let the Property for the whole of the rental period. In the unlikely event that the Owner cancels a confirmed booking, all monies received will be returned and there will be no further liability to or by the Owner. The Holidaymaker is advised to take out their own holiday cancellation insurance cover.

Woodlands Holiday Let Access Statement

The house is situated on the A5025, on the outskirts of Benllech village. There is a bus service to Bangor/Amlwch which stops about 200 yds away.

There is ample parking in the large car park.

The main entrance door is approached by five wide steps with a handrail on the left hand side. Entrance can also be made by use of the conservatory double doors which have two shallow steps in.

The house is on three levels. All of the bedrooms are on the first or second floor. The first floor is approached by fifteen steps with handrail on the left, and the second floor is approached by a further thirteen steps with handrail to the left.

The dining room, conservatory and bar are all on the ground floor which is level throughout.

All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, with two bathrooms having shower over bath, and the remaining four having shower only.

Corridors and stairs are well lit. Switches and sockets are in accessible places. Cordless kettles are available in all bedrooms.
